THE LAST HOUSE ON MULHOLLAND
The Last House on Mulholland is currently an empty lot directly under the renowned Hollywood Sign. Following in the footsteps of the famous Chemosphere, LHOM is currently seeing a corporate partner to build the "home of the future”, the next iconic home in the Hollywood Hills.
In partnership with Arch Out Loud, Phase 1 of the LHOM promotional campaign kicked off with an architectural competition. Over 500 architects submitted CAD drawings with the top 50 going to an esteemed jury pool where winners were selected and prizes distributed.
